• Not disrupt or interfere with platform security or operations

2. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The legality, originality, and accuracy of any content or designs submitted to AIndustry
• Ensuring your submitted files, models, and data do not infringe any third-party rights
• Reviewing and approving all manufacturing quotes, proofs, and deliverables
• Payment of all charges related to approved services

3. Orders, Quotes, and Payments

• Quotes provided are estimates based on data you provide and may be updated based on technical feasibility, materials, or scope.
• All orders are subject to approval and acceptance by AIndustry.
• Payment terms are provided at the time of order confirmation; certain services may require prepayment.

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain all ownership rights in designs or content you upload.
• By submitting content to AIndustry, you grant us and our selected manufacturing partners a limited, non-exclusive license to use such content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your requested services.
• The platform and all AIndustry-owned content are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written permission.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all customer project data and uploaded content as confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you require additional protection, we offer mutual non-disclosure agreements upon request.

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and process your information in accordance with applicable laws including GDPR and CCPA.

7. Termination

AIndustry may suspend or terminate your access to the platform or services at any time if you violate these Terms or use the services in a way that causes harm or legal liability.

You may stop using the platform at any time. Termination does not affect your payment obligations or rights to content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Total liability under these Terms is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIndustry and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any third-party claims or liabilities arising out of:

• Your submitted content
• Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
